A step-by-step checklist: from menu prep to printing QR codes and taking your first table order.
Morning
- 9:00 AM — export your current menu to Google Sheets (name, price, photo link).
- 10:00 AM — a Zoomda manager collects the menu and formats the photos.
- 12:00 PM — QR codes generated for every table (a separate code = per-table analytics).
Afternoon
- 1:00 PM — QR codes printed on durable plastic / metal.
- 2:00 PM — codes placed on the tables.
- 3:00 PM — iiko/Jowi integration set up (if you use one).
- 5:00 PM — first test order via QR, checking that it reaches the kitchen.
Evening
From 6:00 PM, you’re taking real orders through the QR menu. For the first 3 days, keep a close eye on NPS and collect guest feedback.
→ Zoomda’s ready-made QR menu — Click/Payme payment right from the table, a “Call a waiter” button, and analytics by table and hour. Live in 1 day.
