The minimum steps from request to first online order: what to prepare in advance, what Zoomda handles and how to avoid derailing the launch.
What the restaurant needs to have ready
- Menu in Excel or Google Sheets: name, ingredients, price, photo (at least 1 per dish).
- Legal details: tax ID (INN) and bank details for Click/Payme.
- A Click/Payme merchant account (if you don’t have one yet, it’s set up in parallel in 1–3 days).
- Kitchen hours and delivery hours.
- Delivery zones and the fee for each zone.
- Logo in SVG or 1024×1024 PNG.
Day 1: setup
From 9:00 AM — a Zoomda manager gets in touch and collects your menu and logo. By noon, the catalog is imported, photos are resized, and typography and colors are matched to your brand.
1:00–5:00 PM — iiko/Jowi integration (if you use one), Click/Payme connection, and delivery zones upload.
5:00–9:00 PM — your team tests: places 5–10 test orders and checks that everything works — payment goes through, the order reaches the kitchen, the fiscal receipt is issued.
Day 2: go live
From 9:00 AM — we publish the website on your domain (or a Zoomda subdomain if you haven’t bought one yet), launch the Telegram Mini App, and submit the app to the App Store / Play Store (on the Network plan).
That’s it. From this moment on, you’re taking online orders. For the first 7 days, Zoomda keeps an on-call engineer available 24/7 to resolve issues fast.
