If your restaurant doesn't have a website, app or online ordering yet, this guide lays out a 30-day plan with a clear result each week.
Why go online in 2026
In Uzbekistan, the share of online orders in F&B is growing 35–40% a year. A restaurant without an online channel is losing market share every month — guests go to places with a website, Mini App, and delivery.
Waiting it out is especially risky: your competitors join Yandex Eda, then build their own channel and grow their base — and a year later, 60% of their orders are online while yours are at 0%.
Week 1: the foundation
- Days 1–2: digitize your menu in Excel. Name, ingredients, allergens, price, and a photo of every dish (not stock — your real dishes, ideally shot under the same lighting).
- Day 3: register as a Click and Payme merchant (if you haven’t yet). Approval takes 1–3 business days.
- Day 4: buy a domain (.uz or .com) and register with Yandex Webmaster + Google Search Console.
- Days 5–7: set up Google Business Profile / 2GIS / Yandex Maps — without them, nobody finds you on the map.
Week 2: website and Mini App
- Days 8–9: launch your website on Zoomda with menu import (24 hours of actual work).
- Day 10: connect the Telegram Mini App and create a Telegram channel.
- Days 11–12: integrate with iiko / Jowi (if you have a POS) or turn on Zoomda’s built-in CRM.
- Day 13: internal test orders — 20–30 of them, to confirm everything reaches the kitchen and payments work.
- Day 14: start taking real orders from the website.
Week 3: launch marketing
- Days 15–17: your first 3 Telegram channel posts — a welcome, the menu, and a first promo: “15% off your first order.”
- Days 18–19: launch brand-defense Google Ads ($50/day) so you show up first when people search for your restaurant’s name.
- Days 20–21: launch Meta Ads targeting narrow interests and geolocation (3 creatives × 3 audiences, $50–80/day budget).
Week 4: optimization
- Days 22–24: review your first funnel: how many visited the website, how many added to cart, how many paid. Wherever it drops off is where you optimize.
- Days 25–26: launch a loyalty program (10% cashback to a bonus balance).
- Days 27–28: send your first push/SMS campaigns to the guests you’ve already collected.
- Days 29–30: a month-one retro with the numbers and a plan for month two.
