Privacy Policy of the "Zoomda Courier" app

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the "Policy") sets out the procedure for the collection, processing, storage, use and protection of personal data of users of the "Zoomda Courier" mobile application (hereinafter — the "Application"), intended for couriers of delivery services.

The personal data operator is Exord Soft LLC (hereinafter — the "Operator", "We"), Tashkent, Yakkasaray district, Urikzor st., 7.

By using the Application, the user (hereinafter — the "User", "You") confirms that they have read this Policy and consent to the processing of their personal data on the terms set out below. If You do not agree with the terms of the Policy, please do not use the Application.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" No. ZRU-547 of 2 July 2019 and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In the course of using the Application, we collect and process the following categories of data.

2.1. Geolocation data. The Application collects high-accuracy device location data (GPS coordinates), including in the background and when the screen is turned off. This is necessary for tracking delivery status in real time, building and optimizing routes, distributing orders, calculating mileage and confirming the fact of delivery. Background geolocation collection is carried out only during the courier’s active work shift. You may disable access to geolocation at any time in your device settings; however, in this case the core functions of the Application will be unavailable.

2.2. Profile and contact data. First name and last name, phone number, profile photo, login and authorization data, as well as service information about the courier (status, rating, association with the employer organization).

2.3. Technical device data. Device model and manufacturer, operating system version, unique device identifiers, push token for notifications, IP address, interface language, as well as diagnostic data, usage analytics and information about Application crashes.

2.4. Order fulfillment data. History of orders and deliveries, route travelled and mileage, fulfillment time, earnings, tips and customer ratings — to the extent necessary for accounting of the courier’s work and settlements.

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• Registration and authorization of the User in the Application.
• Distribution of orders and building optimal delivery routes.
• GPS tracking and displaying delivery status in real time for the dispatcher and the customer.
• Calculation of mileage, earnings, tips and generating reports.
• Sending push notifications about new orders and status changes.
• Ensuring the technical operability, security and improvement of the quality of the Application.
• Fulfilling the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of:

• The User’s consent expressed when using the Application.
• The necessity to perform a contract (labor or civil-law relations between the courier and the employer organization using the Zoomda platform).
• The necessity to comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

We do not sell personal data. The transfer of data to third parties is carried out only to the extent necessary for the functioning of the Application, and in the following cases:

• To the employer organization (delivery service, restaurant or other client) to which the courier is associated — for managing delivery, accounting of work and settlements.
• To providers of mapping services (Yandex Maps, Google Maps) — for building routes and displaying location.
• To providers of cloud infrastructure and analytics/notification services — for storing data and delivering push notifications.
• To authorized state bodies — in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

All third parties are obliged to ensure the confidentiality and protection of the transferred data in accordance with applicable law.

Personal data of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan is stored and processed using technical means located in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in accordance with the requirements of the legislation on personal data.

Data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, as well as for the period established by law. Upon expiration of the storage period or upon withdrawal of consent, the data is deleted or anonymized.

We apply organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, including encryption during data transmission, access restriction and control over the actions of employees who have access to the data.

You have the right to:

• Receive information about the processing of Your personal data.
• Request clarification, updating or correction of data.
• Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.
• Request deletion of data and termination of its processing.
• Appeal against the actions of the Operator to the authorized state body.

To exercise your rights, including to delete your account and the data associated with it, send a request to e-mail info@zoomda.uz. We will review the request within the timeframes established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Application uses background access to location solely for tracking the courier during active delivery and building routes. Access is requested separately, and You may withdraw it at any time in your device settings. Geolocation data is not used for advertising and is not transferred to third parties for purposes unrelated to the fulfillment of delivery.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy. The current version is always available at https://zoomda.uz/courier-privacy-policy and in the Application. In the event of significant changes, we will notify Users through the Application or by other available means. Continued use of the Application after changes are made constitutes consent to the updated Policy.
